Electroplating
Electroplating is a process of depositing metal ions on the surface of a metal substrate using an electric current to form a thin metal layer. By using the substrate as the cathode and the metal salt solution as the electrolyte, an electric current is applied so that the metal ions are reduced and deposited on the substrate to form a uniform, dense and functionally specific metal coating.
1、Process Flow
Pre-treatment → cyanide-free alkaline copper → cyanide-free white copper tin → chrome plating
2、The advantages of electroplating
It can form uniform dense metal thin layer, improve surface hardness and corrosion resistance, good aesthetics, applicable to complex shapes.
3、Disadvantages of electroplating
May produce waste water and exhaust gas pollution, need to deal with waste liquid.

Electroplating powder coating

Powder spraying is the process of adsorbing charged powder onto the surface of the substrate by electrostatic force, and then heating the powder to melt and solidify to form a coating. The powder is sprayed by a gun and then heated and melted in an oven to form a uniform, dense coating with excellent wear and corrosion resistance.

Loading → electrostatic dust removal → spraying → low temperature leveling → baking
2、The advantages of powder coating
Applicable to a variety of substrates, the formation of uniform, dense coating, wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, with high coverage and coating quality, no solvent volatilization, environmental protection.
3、Disadvantages of powder coating
Not suitable for coating thickness is large, may appear coating adhesion is not strong or bubbles and other problems.
