Anodic oxidation is a kind of electrochemical treatment method to form an oxide film on the metal surface, commonly used in the surface treatment of aluminum and its alloys.
1、Process
The process flow of single color and gradient color is polishing/sandblasting/drawing→degreasing→anodizing→neutralizing→dyeing→sealing→drying.
The process flow of two-color is polishing/sandblasting/drawing→degreasing→masking→anodizing1→anodizing2 →sealing→drying.
Polishing/sandblasting/drawing→degreasing→anodizing1 →radium engraving→anodizing2 →sealing hole→drying.

2、Technical features
Improve the hardness, corrosion resistance and decorative properties of metal surface and form protective oxide film.
Adjustable color, luster and thickness, applicable to aluminum and its alloys.
The process is simple and efficient, environmentally friendly and pollution-free, widely used in aviation, automotive and other industries.

3、Technical difficulties
The technical difficulties of anodic oxidation include controlling the uniformity, thickness and hole size of the oxide film, as well as the sealing and corrosion resistance after treatment. Meanwhile, the precise control of electrolyte composition and process parameters is also one of the challenges, which affects the performance and quality of the final oxide film.
