3D Printing
3D printing is the latest technology for prototyping model making. Using SLA and SLS printing, DJ can accurately present customers' design concepts in as little as 24-48 hours. 3D printing is very suitable for determining the function, concept and appearance of products, so that customers can quickly determine the design of products.
Sheet Metal
Sheet metal is very popular for its strength and ductility. The metal plate is resistant to both corrosion and heat. A variety of metals including tin, stainless steel, nickel, copper and aluminum can be used in sheet metal fabrication. Sheet metal processing can design and produce complex shape hand plate model, widely used in global model parts production.
Silicone Molding
The silicon replica is made of the original template in the vacuum state, and cast with PU, POM, ABS in the vacuum state, so as to clone the replica template which is the same as the original template. We can configure different colors according to customers' needs. Due to its fast speed and low cost, the cost, lead time and risk of product development are greatly reduced. A silicone mold can produce more than 20 pieces of the same product, to provide customers with small batch samples.
Finishing Service
After finishing the product, a series of surface treatment processes are required. The samples made by CNC, duplicating machine or laser cutting and bending mechanism need to be polished, painted and polished, and then assembled and finally packaged and shipped to customers. We have rich experience in surface treatment, so that our model products are highly praised by customers.
